Our remuneration system abides by the (German) Association of Employers Collective Bargaining Association for Temporary Employment / German Trade Union Confederation (IGZ-DGB-Tarifgemeinschaft), which includes defined

  • wage classification according to occupation
  • christmas bonus and holiday pay as well as
  • special leaves.

In addition to your hourly rate (above the general rate), we pay for food and drink, productivity bonuses and, of course, a board and lodging allowance. Furthermore, we also provide you with your personal protective equipment.

Our long-term employees can expect

  • “Material reward” of 1 x €40.- fuel voucher for up to 4 months for good performance
  • A “new employee bonus” of €500.-1 for attracting a new employee
  • “A new customer bonus” – individual one-off bonus for finding a new customer
  • “Account bonus” – €100.- paid once annually together with the wages in July2 for a full working-time account of 150 hours
  • “A surprise bonus” for the birth of a child or wedding

Qualification courses are available, including in the fields of

  • Welding
  • Crane operator’s licence
  • Forklift operator's licence

1 50% of the entitlement to the “new employee bonus” is acknowledged when the recruited employee has completed 6 weeks of employment and the other 50% after 3 months of employment.

2 The deadline for determining if the working time account is in plus is 31/07.

Note: “Bonuses are subject to tax and social security contributions; bonuses are paid out together with the wage for the corresponding month.”

New employees receive a “start bonus” amounting to €600.-1 for joining our team.

Entitlement is limited to those that are not recruited by PUR employees as part of the campaign “new employee bonus”. The bonus is subject to tax and social security contributions; the bonus is paid out together with the wage for the corresponding month.
