Our remuneration system abides by the (German) Association of Employers Collective Bargaining Association for Temporary Employment / German Trade Union Confederation (IGZ-DGB-Tarifgemeinschaft), which includes defined

• wage classification according to occupation
• christmas bonus and holiday pay as well as
• special leaves.

In addition to your hourly rate (above the general rate), we pay for food and drink, productivity bonuses and, of course, a board and lodging allowance. Furthermore, we also provide you with your personal protective equipment.

Our long-term employees can expect

• “Material reward” of 1 x €40.- fuel voucher for up to 4 months for good performance
• A “new employee bonus” of €500.-¹ for attracting a new employee
• “A new customer bonus” – individual one-off bonus for finding a new customer
• “A surprise bonus” for the birth of a child or wedding

Qualification courses are available, including in the fields of

• Welding
• Crane operator’s licence
• Forklift operator's licence

¹ 50% of the entitlement to the “new employee bonus” is acknowledged when the recruited employee has completed 6 weeks of employment and the other 50% after 3 months of employment.
